Product: Exciting products in the banking market using legendary technologies.
The  Challenge: Gain experience from a well established Agile organization. Challenging roles. Contribute to deliver top product quality.

Achievements

- Mastered Scrum Masterand QualityAssurance roles.
- Take  active  participation  in  the Scrum  Team  developing  a  complex  testing  suite for the monitoring mainframe systems.
- Promoted  great  practices  as  a  regular Scrum  Master .
-  Facilitating  the  agile set  up  for  this  new product team and training the team in agile practices.
- Executing ceremonies and running the process. 

   The future: Challenges
I look into the future with the hope of becoming a world leading agile expert or a high respected consultant in this field. The way I contribute to make companies to develop is through my instinctive passion to transform and envision change. I help companies with my attitude and never surrender mode to enable others to achieve great things.
