Diego Quesada Allue

Diego is a promoter of the adoption of Lean/Agile in the public sector, with 20 years of experience. As Management Undersecretary at the School of Sciences - University of Buenos Aires he was in charge of the quality management, continuous improvement management, strategic planning and evaluation programmes, where he has introduced Scrum and Agile both in and outside IT. As Sponsor, Coach, Facilitator, Trainer, Scrum Master or Product Owner, he led or was part of Lean/Agile initiatives in different industries in the private and public sectors, both in manufacturing and services. Biologist with graduate studies in administration, quality management and continuous improvement, Diego is working on his masters thesis in Public Administration researching the implementation of Lean in Argentina´s federal government. He is a Scrum Alliance Certifed Scrum Profesional working with Agilar, an Agile coaching and management consulting firm.
