Philippe Dubost

A 10-year IT professional, Philippe Dubost is Product Manager at CA technologies (Agile Product Owner). In this role, he is responsible for products planning and strategy, presenting and representing the products portfolio to customers and industry analysts, collecting customer requirements and transforming them into actionable Agile/Scrum stories in the engineering backlog. 

Previously, Philippe was R&D Manager (Software Engineering), where he was building off-shore teams, motivating R&D staff, challenging new ideas, and executing on products planning and corporate strategy. He also served as QA manager, QA automation specialist, Agile ScrumMaster, Agile/Scrum trainer and VPAT trainer.

Prior joining CA Technologies in 2005, Philippe also held several other IT positions, such as PHP/MySQL developer, web designer consultancy, and President/CEO of his High School Student Company.
