Martin Heider
About
Martin Heider has been working for more than 20 years in the IT business. As freelancer he supported his clients in several roles, e.g. as developer, architect, test and integration manager, team and development lead. His experience covers international, distributed projects and teams of different sizes. Since 2005 he is working as consultant, trainer, coach and mentor for teams and projects. In this role he helps them to adapt agile values, principles and practices. He is involved in several community activities, e.g. as organizer of Play4Agile 2011 - 2014, Agile Coach Camp 2010 - 2014, member of the advisory board of XP Days Germany 2010 & 2011, Track Chair of JAX Agile Interactive Day 2010 - 2013 and moderator of the Agile Monday in Nuremberg since 2010. He is speaker at several international conferences (XP & Agile) and he values the effects of games and simulations, because he likes to have the participants in the center of action and the facilitator more in the back of the room. Furthermore he is Strategic Play faciltitator, Coactive Coach, trained on "Training from Back of the room" and a lot of other stuff.
