I am a Certified Scrum Professional(CSP/SAFe/CSM/MCD) with 9+years of IT experience involving Project Initiation, Planning, Estimation, Execution and Project Closure of strategic and diverse integration solutions. Experienced Agile mentor involved in large scale agile transformation for complex IT services including legacy system. Accustomed to working and collaboration with senior level management.of overall experience with focus on analysis, design, development and implementation of business applications using IBM Cast Iron (Orchestration Designing, Connectivity, Transformations) and other Integration technologies like Mulesoft and Vitria. From 2013, I took the role of the scrum master and coach team members in my organisation. Over last three years I have successfully delivered 6 development and integration projects. For all projects Scrum was adopted as the agile method of execution for the projects due to the fact that the applications being developed are from scratch and are of Integration projects in nature. I defined processes and tools best suited to each integration projects. Implemented Jira, Jira Agile and Confluence at the project level to manage agile project which later utilised at the organisation level I provide necessary guidance to Product owners and Business Analyst team to create and maintain the product backlog using scrum practices like backlog grooming, prioritisation, estimation revisions and release planning. I also followed scrum of scrum practice where representative from each team meets to coordinate the work of multiple scrum team. As a hard believer of self-organised team, I always consider supporting the team instead of managing them. One of my biggest strength is building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis of healing and problem solving. This helped me in facilitating getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work and furthermore helping me in facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution smoothly.
