Stuart Burchill

Stuart Burchill is a SPC4-SAFe Program Consultant, Enterprise Agile Coach, Trainer, and Agile Transformation Consultant with a deep background in software development, e-Commerce, Telecommunications, and CRM/ERP systems. In 2007 he was introduced to the Agile Framework and role of ScrumMaster at SAP where he discovered the benefits of Scrum and Extreme Programming. Over the next eight years, he continued working as an Agile Coach and Agile Transformation Consultant on Agile projects and programs at various organizations; including Bell Mobility, Aecon Construction Group, and now John Hancock Investments. Stuart is passionate about guiding companies in their transformation from traditional project delivery methodologies to the Agile framework as well as helping companies to adopt Agile-at-Scale (e.g. SAFe) approaches, helping them to realize the many benefits related to productivity, time-to-market, quality of software delivery, and customer satisfaction.
