Andrew Craddock: I am an Agile Practitioner, Consultant Trainer and Coach specializing in Scrum and DSDM Atern.

Since 2001 I have worked mainly with larger organizations struggling to make Agile work for their business. Such organizations usually have a need for a project focus for their Agile work and have strong governance needs. The trick is to help those organizations see how this can be achieved without compromising the Agility they need to deliver valuable products on time and to budget.  Often a blend of DSDM and Scrum is an appropriate solution in such circumstances exploiting the excellence of Scrum for team based development and the tried and tested Agile Project Management strengths of DSDM (and more recently the DSDM-based AgilePM)
