David Buckler

David L. Buckler is a Senior Project Manager for CACI, Inc. working in the Northern Virginia area.  He has been with CACI for almost 14 years focusing on business process improvement and simulation analysis, working mostly on Department of Defense IT implementation projects. Prior to coming to CACI, Mr. Buckler earned a Master's Degree from the George Washington University in Operations Research and immediately began working for the Navy as a civil servant.  As part of his responsibilities with CACI, Mr. Buckler teaches a simulation course several times a year and is a speaker at conferences around the country.  Married for 15 years with a 10 year old son and 5 year old daughter, Mr. Buckler is a member of the Screen Actors Guild, a board member of the Cauliflower Alley Club, and an Advanced Toastmaster.  In his free time Mr. Buckler hosts several radio shows and is a professional wrestling ring announcer.
