Neeraj Joshi is a Technology executive and Senior Project / Program Management Professional with experience working in Industry and federal government of Canada. With over 20 years of experience in a variety of environments public and private organizations he specializes in helping companies establishing Digital CoE, cloud adoption and help coach teams to adopt lean thinking and agile techniques to build extremely high-performance organizations. Neeraj helps organizations discover more effective practices for managing work, people and processes by using tools from the Agile world and sometimes using more traditional management practices. Neeraj has varied experience in managing a team of cross functional SME’s across different LOB of size $20 million and above. He is a Microsoft Certified Professional, Certified Scrum Professional, MBA and Professionally PMP Trained credentials; bachelors degree in Computer Applications and Master in Project Management. He has previously served as a management consultant and technology executive in organizations of various sizes, from start-ups to Fortune 100 companies. Neeraj ran his first Scrum project in 2012 and has been an advocate of Scrum ever since. He has helped with the adoption of such processes at numerous companies. He believes that Agile is not simply a process change but it requires the mindset change of everyone working on Agile. He believes that Agile is more than an alternate project management methodology and he is passionate about deepening the roles in Agile - specifically Agile Coach and Agile Manager - to help organizations adopt agile best practices. He has extensive experience in managing projects for Enterprise Cloud, Data Analytics, Digital Transformation, IT Modernization & Business Intelligence & Analytics projects using Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid and predictive project management methodologies. Neeraj holds the reliability status security clearance from Government of Canada.
