Achievements:
Provided over 120 key judgments contributing to improved Marine Corps readiness to support a growing mission in Afghanistan. The first to personally report to the Secretary of the Navy an accurate assessment of the impact of hostile actions against coalition forces in the Persian Gulf.

Held Senior Management positions multiple times in charge of highly trained personnel including motivation, evaluation, and supervision of training and operations. Managed worldwide military intelligence operations and oversaw all aspects of staff performance. Served as lead Intelligence officer in combat operations in the Middle East, humanitarian assistance operations in the Carribean, and partner nation training in South America.
Achievements:
- Presided over 20 intelligence personnel supporting a 10,000 person logistics unit resulting in relevant intelligence support to logisticians and increasing unit readiness prior to upcoming combat operations.
- Guided development of intelligence analysis covering all of Al Anbar province, Iraq to support the Marine Logistics Group’s (MLG) Commanding General’s decision-making such that he stated in my evaluation that “His superb intelligence support was central to command and control of MLG assets and I am confident saved lives.”
- Presided over a 50 person multi-national intelligence organization in Haiti which enabled the Combined Joint Task Force Commander to have access timely and relevant intelligence analysis which enabled a much smoother handover to the UN.
- Supported senior US military leaders by fostering collaboration with Colombian Marines involved in counter-narcotics mission. Considered the Marine Corps’ top expert on Brazil, serving as a superlative translator resulting in increased bi-lateral national security cooperation between the two countries.
