Trenette Oduneye an Agile Coach/ Scrum Master for over 11 years and in each company that i worked as a Agile Coach/Scrum Master i learned the Dos and the Donts, the right way of implementing Scrum. I have improved over the course of the years by totaly embracing Agile not only at work but also at home. I have evolved over the years wwith my ceremonies and currently making each one powereful and meaningful, From Promoting Team building activities during standups to improving our Working Agreement with consequences for being late to meetings like , Singing a song, wearing a tutu, etc making it Fun. Coaching team members on Agile principles and not caving in to pressure. During Retrospective not only documenting things that went well and didnt go well but making sure that with every issue raised there is a suggested solution. Overall Agile - Scrum has been a way of life for me and over the years i have become an Advocate, I not only teach it, I live it. Organizing Agile Open Mic sessions withing organizations to identify concerns and finding ways to resolve it.
