About

I started over 20 years ago combining a passion for business improvement with data analytics. I have been in agile space since 2010 with extensive experience of coaching, agility uplift and organisation transformation for both large corporates as well as mid-size companies.

I am astute at pinpointing potential for maximizing value creation within organizations, and work in partnership with leaders to co-create environments that are conducive to better ways of working. I attribute my success in coaching leaders and teams to a pragmatic, flexible and personable approach to agility; eschewing the purist approach of agility to foster bold experimentation and learning.
