About
Anton Sakharov is certified Scrum Master, Product Owner and Scrum Professional. He has over ten years of experience in high tech industry with the last five in Agile. Anton specializes in helping organizations transition from waterfall into Agile, implementing Scrum and Kanban. He has worked as Scrum Master in many organizations as well as coached team members, other scrum masters and management on proper Agile implementation. Anton has also done many training sessions for employees helping them understand Scrum and Kanban.
Anton has great communication skills and is able to coach and mentor team members and management on Agile methodology. His approach is by mentoring and helping the teams be successful. He has experience working with young agile teams as well as with experienced teams alike. He possess great leadership skills and adds tremendous value to the organization.
He has Bachelor’s degree in Finance from San Jose State and Master’s degree in Technical Management from Johns Hopkins University. He also has project management certification from UC Berkeley and has been trained on SAFe.
