I'm a self taught programmer with more than 23 years experience. Available for travelling and with European passport.

For the past 7 years I have been working for big companies such as Globant, Walt Disney World Online and Resorts, and Groupon.
I have also worked for 8 years giving programming courses at Linux College (Buenos Aires, Argentina).

I use agile methodologies, I belong to the Scrum Alliance as a Certified Scrum Master and Certified Scrum Developer. I have been working using TDD and BDD, using Rspec, Mocha, Testium, PHPUnit, QUnit and Selenium.

My primary programming languages are Ruby - CoffeeScript - PHP - Javascript, but I really don't care with language I'll be using in my next project.

For the past 3 years I have been working in a small team inside Groupon, we have build from scratch and maintain two social applications: Refer a Friend Program, and Games.
We've designed the application infrastructure, development, testing, and for keeping it running 24 * 7 * 365 and deliver 99.9% online time. We take shifts to keep an eye on different usage and warning alerts. This is a big responsibility. 

I'm a Zend Certified Engineer, and I have a very strong OOP knowledge and design patterns.
I have been using Zend Framework for the last 7 years. And is my framework of choice for freelance php development when I can't use Rails.

I'm used to work in projects without documentation and when researching is the only choice.
I try to keep up with studying using CodeSchool, where I have earned almost every badge available.

I have a sound MySQL knowledge and experience.
