Arash Arabi

Coming from a technical background Arash has spent many years getting his hands dirty coding and implementing many novel systems.

Having presented in a number of conferences, Arash is a very active member of community both in academia and industry. He has also been the member of review committee for a number of IEEE international conferences.

Arash has worked on a wide variety of products; from enterprise systems for multinational corporations to MVPs for Australian start-ups. His favourite, helping startups build products using Lean Startup methods.

He loves coaching, inspiring, and being a servant leader. He believes organisational change is only possible when people are inspired and chose to change rather than forced to change.
