I am an energetic Enterprise Agile Coach with more than 15 years’ experience delivering digital projects from inception to deployment.
I've been looked to as a thought leader, whose expertise has been sought to coach teams, optimise customer experience, identify opportunities and prioritise digital goals to deliver on a vision. Over the last several years I've worked in the business transformation arena, supporting organisations adopt Agile, changing culture and making it fun along the way.
I've spread my wings to establishing Agile communities of practice, both to support those taking their first steps in Agile and to connect individuals eager to share their experience.
In life and in work, my goal is to seek challenges, commit to something with all my heart and to have a good laugh along the way.
