Paul Cleaver

A versatile and proactive professional with over 15 years IT experience, an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for delivering excellent solutions to real problems.

At the age of eight (1983) Paul wrote his first lines of code in ZX Spectrum BASIC. Five years later he was charging fellow students to use a self-written ”mail” program and play games on his school’s computers; the writing of those games being a great way to help students to learn to code.

After gaining a BSc in Physics from Sheffield University, Paul commenced his career in a Big 4 accountancy firm, subsequently transferring to their Management consulting arm (pre-Sarbanes-Oxley). Paul left, wanting to learn how money was made. His quest to find an answer has found him as both a Supplier and a Customer, in large programme and small project environments, using packaged solutions and bespoke development and in pre-sales and delivery capacities.

Paul is married with identical twin sons.
