Optus and Telstra are leading Service Providers in Australia in Telecom sector. Test Management Office project includes Functional testing, System Integrated Testing in Consumer, Business and Optus wholesale stream; Testing of impacted areas as per the business required systems-based release change requests. These are according to the business change requests suggested by the Optus business. Business processes include order provisioning, order activation, customer requested change orders, termination orders and port in orders for Mobile Prepaid & Postpaid, Telephony, Optus Broad Band, NBN Broad Band and NBN Satellite product services.
MICA-ONDB remediation program aims to remediate adjustments for over and undercharges related to GPRS services.
Acted as Test Lead / Delivery Lead in OPTUS account managing the Test Management Office deliveries –
- Involved in Test Design, Planning, and Analyzing, Estimating, Reviewing Business and Technical project requirements.
- Organizing and Managing Test and Development teams to track the sprint commitments to align the deliveries accordingly.

Project Description:
Agile Integration Broker (AIB) is the strategic orchestration system which co-ordinates L2C fulfilment. It is driven by customer product and model metadata from the MDM platform’s Product Studio, allowing rapid product launch. AIB is a wholly Open source Java based development built according to strict agile principles. The metadata falls into two broad categories: product metadata which defines how customer products and propositions are decomposed into fulfilment products offered by the workflow systems orchestrated by AIB; and lifecycle meta data which describes the dynamic behavior of the fulfilment systems in the various L2C scenarios they support in terms of state machines.
Involved in diverse roles as Delivery Lead, Project Manager & Deployment Lead, Responsible for the following –
Manage Deliveries of the project in a Release and make sure the committed stories are taken into Test/Live Environments.
- Involve in RPM (Release Plan Meeting) calls to commit the stories for the particular sprint.
