Gary has over 20 years experience in the IT industry focused on project delivery and extensive experience at various levels of management responsible for project delivery. During his time in IT, he has leveraged Scrum and Lean project delivery for the past 15+ years. With an additional 10 years experience in operations within the financial services industry, he has the ability to clearly see situations from the Client's perspective as well as from the IT perspective.
