MARIA CASO

Maria Caso is a life and professional coach to celebrities, business leaders, professionals and a variety of creative individuals, including bold-face-name fashion designers. A compelling motivational speaker, Caso helps people change how they approach life through transformational dialogues aimed at discovering their personal goals and the mechanisms they need to achieve them.

“These dialogues are tools of self analysis that allow people to embrace their own reality and undergo a process that is enlightening and liberating, equipping them with the devices needed to move on with their lives in new and fruitful directions,” says Caso.

For decades, Maria had been having conversations that changed the lives of a New York-Los Angeles network of friends and friends-of-friends. It was Dr. Oz Garcia, nutritionist to the stars and author of three best selling books, who pushed Caso to broaden her services beyond her circle of friends encouraging her to become a full-fledge life coach.

He says: “Life coaching helps the mind stay focused and on track just as the right nutrition and supplements help keep the body functioning at peak performance. With her remarkable mix of charisma, innate perception and professional skills, Maria’s turns around people’s lives by maximizing potential and building confidence for decision making.”

Caso works with an impressive list of high-wattage clients: individuals and groups in companies ranging from advertising to software, as well as all manner of “regular” people struggling to lead full successful lives. With all, she aims to devise a program that can be followed to reach personal and/or business goals, giving her clients not only a strategy to make obstacles disappear, but a system of accountability to keep them on track, all the while lending the psychological support necessary to achieve success for life. For those experiencing intense and specific areas of personal blockage, from addictions to fixations to phobias, Caso applies hypnotherapy, a powerful form of meditation that targets the unexamined belief systems lodged in the unconscious that impede a process of clear thinking and keep them stuck in self-destructive modes of behavior.  And, for those grieving the loss of a dear one or even a job, Caso provides a course of action toward a psychologically healthy and useful acceptance of painful emotions with empathy and understanding.

“Olympic athletes have a coach. World leaders have a coach---they just call them “advisors,” says Caso. “Yet most people go through life on their own, figuring it out as they go, doing the same things over and over, just hoping for the best. It doesn’t have to be like that.”

A frequent guest of Life Coach TV, Caso is certified by the International Coaching Federation as a Professional Certified Coach, and The Grief Recovery Institute. As a PCC, she conducts a weekly seminar for established Life Coaches in the NY metropolitan area. In addition, she is a trained Betty Ford Clinic Regional Area Volunteer of long standing. Always eager to share her path to success, she is available to those who visit www.mariacaso.com

But Maria’s own life is her fundamental credential.  Cuban born and growing up in a family of exiles, she has experienced dislocation and poverty as well as confronted addiction and suicide. Yet, she became a successful key player in the Latino entertainment industry for over fifteen years, representing such state-of-the art firms as Regent Films, Ruggieri and Big Rumble Music. She was instrumental in bringing general market creative talent to the Hispanic advertising community, launching Razor Head Music, a leading house in the Latino market for commercials, and feature films. She played key role in Nickelodeon’s major hit,  Dora the Explora, produced the first Latino Advertising Awards, as well as “Latinos Make Movies on Madison Avenue” for New York Women in Film (NYWIF), of which she is an honorary member. She co-produced the AI DA LAI platinum album by Spanish pop band Mecano, and with Joey Dedio, co-produced, premiered and distributed a feature film, Downtown: A Street Tale.
