Sandeep Diwakar , I'm IT professional with 19 + years experience in software development, project management , testing & security. I also have multiple years of functional experience in manufacturing industry in areas of planning, quality, procurement ,contract management & support. My expertise are in Software validation, functional (system), automation, end to end & performance testing. I have managed various projects ( light , controlled & monitored ) with 5-20 resources with about 17000-20000 man hours. I have successfully implemented & executed these initiatives using Waterfall , Iterative & Agile development models. I'm certified in Project management from PMI as PMP & also passed my ITIL foundation certification. My present organization has adopted Agile approach for project management & implemented Scrum for software development. I have pioneered this objective by presenting & leading this effort. Recently I have acted as Scrum Master & lead my teams thru , sprint planning & meetings, review sessions thru incremental stages to achieve desired completion in time & on budget. My goal is to enhance my Agile/ scrum knowledge to educate myself, colleagues & peers. I have very recently completed my CSM certification & I'm working on few others to stay ahead with the latest scrum news & development.
