Daniel Weitzmon

Daniel Weitzmon, Grew up in the suburbs of Chicago. Had a knack for Math and headed to collage with idea in my head that I would be a collage professor of Mathematics. Headed out to a school in Iowa with that plan in mind. As we all know, life tends to have a different plan for us. I did head down the path of Teaching after getting my BS in Mathematics. In the end, I entered the work force with my hobby level technical skills and my logical Math thought process.  My professional career has been many years with 1 company. I started out at Cambridge Investment Research Inc. at an entry level tech position supporting production applications. I picked up odds and ends development work. After a couple of years, I made the transition to QA and that is when I began working on a Scrum Team. Right away Scrum was for me. I had an opportunity to get my CSM a few years later to help out as a team member and SM on a team. In 2016 I transitioning to a Full Time Scrum Master role. Not only am I working as a Full Time Scrum Master, but also managing the rest of the Scrum Masters with my developed leadership skills.  Cambridge has truly prepared me for the SM role in many ways.
