Sunita Singh

Sunita has a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Allahabad (fka Motilal Nehru Regional Engineering College, MNREC). She is PMP certified and is a Certified Scrum Master. She has twenty years of experience in the Software industry with expertise in Project management, Agile Methodology, Software Engineering, Quality management, Process management and Knowledge Management. She has worked on various technologies, systems, processes, applications, platforms and programming languages. Over the years, she has been involved in managing large projects, multiple users and parties, providing software solutions to companies in various domains, particularly Customer Intelligence, CRM, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Retail, Program Management and Shipping. In last five years she has been actively involved in implementing Agile methodology, particularly Scrum in her organization that moved from Iterative Waterfall to Agile. She has been playing the roles of Scrum Master, Agile coach and coaching/training her teams on Scrum Master roles and agile practices.
