Adam Cooperman

Adam Cooperman leads the ConvergeOne Program Management team. He is a dynamic and energetic executive with more than 20 years of experience in IT, focusing on business development, platform integration, and infrastructure service management in the financial services, pharmaceutical, and healthcare industries.

With certifications including PMP, Prince2, CSM, and ITIL Expert, his expertise lies in large-scale portfolio, program, and project management in support of strategic enterprise-wide initiatives ranging from Merger & Acquisition Integration, to Outsourcing & Vendor Management, to ITIL Service Management.

He has the proven ability to lead both internal and external teams of senior executives with his unique brand of leadership, collaboration, and dedication to a cause.

Previously, Adam was the Co-Founder and CEO of The NorthPark Group, Director of the Project Management Practice at GlassHouse Technologies, and held senior roles at Deloitte Consulting and PwC.

Adam holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Binghamton University. In addition, he is a graduate of the Management Institute – an executive program at Columbia Business School, and is a contributing author and editor of PMO SIG’s Best Practices for Building and Operating a PMO.
