About
Working in a hybrid role of Development manager with SCRUM Master responsibilites I am currently responsible for the delivery of multiple Legislative projects having recently successfully delivered multiple projects as part of the UK Industrial Strategy Legislative Programme, Image from Data and Data Suppression Projects, Charitable Incorporated Organisations Legislation and Anti Money Laundering Legislation changes to Companies House systems and the multi phased Graduate Programme for Digital Services.
Also recently responsible for delivering multiple projects within the Small Business, Enterprise and Employment Act 2015 on both external and core internal systems at Companies House.
Prevously responsible for a SCRUM team delivering a large project called EWOK - "Electronic Workflow" which made use of ABBYY flexi capture software as an OCR engine, Kodak Capture Pro for scanning and a custom built JEE application for handling work flow and error correction, validation, merging and splitting documents. Initially working on the application as a Senior Developer I took on the role of SCRUM Master as a hybrid role and saw the project through to implementation.
