Arunthep possesses multi-facet skills ranging from Project/ Program Management, Process Management for Organizational Transformation Specialized in Agile/ Lean, Technology Development and Business Integration such as IBM Web Sphere for both Desktop and Mobile Platforms at EmetWorks. He is certified Scrum Master in 2012, certified Project Management Professional (PMP) since year 2005, Six Sigma Green Belt since 2006, and Certified Java Programmer since 2003.  Previously, Arunthep was with Thomson Reuters leading the multi-billion Financial Technology/ Platform Development across Bangkok, New York, London, Beijing, Russia and Geneva. They are very successful Financial Technology/ Platform which gain huge traction, including but not limited to, Thomson Reuters Eikon, Thomson Reuters Enterprise Platform and Thomson Reuters Wealth Management. His last assignment at Thomson Reuters is to leading and managing the Enterprise Agile/ Lean Transformation for Thomson Reuters Eikon, establishing the Core Platform Principles that is nimble to promote transparency and collaboration in order to sustain the company growth. He was also the builder of the technology community (1,500+ people across the globe) in order to foster the high performance culture. He has been working with the world class Agile/ Lean Transformation Coaches and Thought Leaders. 

Arunthep holds Bachelor Degree of Science (Information Technology), Sirindhorn International Institute of Technology, Thammasat University, Thailand. He possesses strong cultural awareness, interpersonal Skill, highly motivated with strong influence from grass root up to C-level and driving for results. He has superb communication in English, Thai, and Chinese Mandarin. He is also a well-recognized public speaker at many international conferences specialized in Project Management, Software Development/ Testing/ Operations, and Enterprise Agile/ Lean Transformation.
