Mihai Zugravu is project manager and Agile practinioner with more than 8 years of extensive experience on multiple projects and programmes across various industries and business areas like: energy, telecommunications, ecommerce, online travel and booking industry For the past years, Mihai has been focusing on Agile practices for product development by coaching and helping teams self-organize and continuously outgrow their performance. He is a certified Scrummaster and Product Owner and always committed to improve on his skills and those of his peers, sharing knowledge and enthusiam towards delivering great business value. Passionate about consulting and coaching, his mission and goal is achieving a continuous improvement mindset for all teams by adehering to the main attributes of Scrum: transparency, inspection and adaptation. During the past years I have filled in 3 different scrum master roles in different organizations developing their own internal products and services or supplying technology outsourcing services. I have worked with various cross functional teams covering different technologies from .net to JAVA, web development or native mobile apps. Projects included internal teams as well as highly distributed, nearshore development teams, but also vendors and other third parties collaboration and integration.
