Selene Antonini is a Certified Leadership Coach, Agile Leader, Scrum Master, Product Owner & Safe Agilest with a primary focus in IT with scaled experience as part of multiple scrum teams that supports development of next generation solutions.
With 10 years experience in Agile/Scrum practices, I have a passion to drive customer value and quality solutions helping engage teams and individuals to develop their professional skills and lead to meet organizational initiatives. I enjoy mentoring, coaching and teaching to help develop the person as well as teams that help organizations realize their true potential leveraging an Agile mentality with strong Scrum practices. I also hold active certifications as: Certified Professional Coach (CPC), Certified Agile Leader (CAL1), Certified Scrum Professional SM (CSP-SM), SAFe 4 Certified Agilist (SA), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and Certified Practioner/Trainer for 'Training from the BACK of the Room' to ensure impact and retention of healthy skills.
I am passionalte about helping people discover their leadership capabilities leveraging Agile to make a difference in organizations and utilizing various frameworks to achieve success that drive results. I am familiar with SAFe methodologies, Scrum/Kanban and helping transition projects from a waterfall approach. I have lead start up efforts to represent a change agent and implement the framework for companies to deliver incrementally, increase team productivity, maintain exceptional quality, ensure customer engagement and increase time to market by trusing in people and ensuring accountability. I am a strong believer in transparency and using metrics at multiple levels of an organization to facilitate meaningful conversations.
It's more about developing the belief in peoples awareness of what they are truly capable of that transforms cultures - leveraging Agile makes it easier :)
