I am currently part of the Retlay team as Agile Project Manager & SCRUM Master at Mediaengine :)

I live every day in the spirit of COLLABORATION and mutual RESPECT. I always try to create and maintain a positive atmosphere of trust in every context in which I live. Music is the beating heart of my life and helps to give me this great energy.

I have a master's degree in Marketing and Business Communication, which has allowed me to expand and put into practice the knowledge I acquired during my three-year degree in Digital Business Communication. 

Previously, I worked for about four years in the sales department of the company 'R.C.S. Clima' and, at the same time, I continued my university studies in communication, which I completed in 2021. At the end of my university studies, I immersed myself in the world of communication, working as an Account & Digital Project Manager at the MazzMedia agency.

My life brings me into close contact with different people on a daily basis, so I believe that interpersonal skills are essential.

I am curious about everything I don't know and always try to look beyond the surface.
