Anurag has over 20 years of software and hardware industry experience in program managing and leading teams across large scale cross-functional engagements on multiple software platforms/business domains, using methodologies like RUP, Waterfall, Agile, Lean, XP, TDD Kanban to deliver Projects successfully. He Brings extensive expertise in assessing, planning, managing, and executing complex projects/programs in a wide variety of business and technical domains using Agile methodology for small, mid and Large size companies.
