Rob Biedenharn is the owner of Agile Consulting LLC specializing in web-based applications using Ruby on Rails. He has been developing software professionally for nearly 40 years. For much of this time, Rob has had a focus on seeing requirements from the client's perspective and working to iteratively define and implement solutions.
Since beginning to work with the Scrum Alliance in 2011, Rob has embraced the Scrum framework as a way to get projects done. In 2013, there was a greater emphasis on running the internal projects using Scrum and teams formed around functional areas. Early in 2014 as the team sizes were growing and more projects were undertaken, the organization made a decision to form project-specific, cross-functional teams.
