Roshan Chhetry

Roshan is a programme/project manager/engagement manager with over 15 years of experience in the business change and IT implementation and holds experience of running diverse project and programmes within the IT and Information System changes. He is committed to life long learning and recently completed Executive MBA at UEA Norwich with Distinction.

He completed the 1st phase roll out of ClaimCenter application at AXA UK. During his tenure he led a team of over 15 team members and Agile framework (DSDM) to successfully complete the project. In the past, he has overseen business rollout of Guidewire ClaimCenter and PolicyCenter for Aviva Insurance in Norwich for over 1500 staff through the governance of training environment. This was a unique programme within the insurance sector because Aviva is probably the first one to implement Guidewire within Commercial sector.

In the past, he has led a team of over 20 consultants as a Scrum Master and Client Services Manager for a substantial Guidewire solution within the London Insurance Market. He managed the relationship between his organisation, the client and various other suppliers. He is experienced on delivering projects using various methodologies/methods i.e. Waterfall, Agile, SOA etc. within the fixed time, cost and quality set by the business/customers. During his previous roles, he has contributed and enhanced various processes such as ‘Quality Management Systems’ and ‘Configuration Management’ within the organisation. In addition, he has exposure of composing and negotiating ‘Supplier Agreements’ and ‘Statements of Work’. Through his successful delivery of the projects he has demonstrated his experience of overseeing the delivery end-2-end within the defined ‘agreement’ terms.

He is a good communicator at all level and a logical thinker. He believes on pragmatic approach to change management and is proactive on risk management. He is a firm believer of change management and information technology (IT) systems philosophically centered on the customer's perspective of IT contribution to the organisation.
