UX and Design for Agile Teams

This course is what I wish all scrum teams knew. That UX Designers and Developers belong on one Agile team and it leads to better, faster, and more user-centered decisions. Axel was a fun an engaging instructor and I look forward to more of his content especially around UX and how it integrates into the Agile mindset.

Axel was extremely enthusiastic and genuinely interested in understanding each participant’s reality. He made the classes feel light while delivering a great deal of valuable knowledge. For me, he became a true reference in teaching, combining simplicity with strong Lean Startup expertise.

The course taught me valuable skills that I will be applying in my work, not only at my job but my hobbies as well. Axel is great at teaching and listening to what the students have to say. Overall, I enjoyed the course and I am satisfied on obtaining both the knowledge and the credential.

Axel's didactics are really updated, using Miro to make workshops with the students and draw while explaining the content. The UX credencial is certaintly valuable to an agile team, because you understand how to reduce the gap between developers's team and UX's team and knowing when to combine people from each to achieve more value when delivering the sprint goal.
