The Scrum Master training does an excellent job of bringing together many of the ideas and practices you may already be familiar with, but presenting them in a structured and practical way. It reinforces the core principles of agile working and shows how, when properly adopted, they can significantly improve collaboration, focus and productivity within a team and across the wider workplace. We explored how the Scrum Master role supports teams in removing obstacles, improving communication and creating an environment where continuous improvement can thrive. If you have the opportunity to be taught by Stuart, I would highly recommend taking it; the sessions were entertaining, highly participative and consistently engaging. Stuart clearly has a deep mastery of the subject matter, but he delivers it in an approachable and practical way, using strong visualisation and humour, discussion and interaction to bring the concepts to life.
Well organised course with very useful information. The break out room discussions were useful and insight into how other teams were working. Stuart done an excellent job to keep it interesting throughout the course - 12 hours over 2 days. That is a long time to stay awake while learning. Thanks Stuart.

Stuart was a very enthusiastic teacher, and provided a great experience over the two-day course.
Stuart is an inspiring instructor, radiating wealth of experience using his outstanding visual storytelling method. The course was very interactive throughout both fun-filled days. Not only has he thoroughly covered the Scrum framework but went above and beyond in teaching novel project management concepts. The class was as small as can be this time (only two of us!), so it felt like a quality private consultation. Now I am confident the CSM exam will be just a formality.
Stuart is an incredibly engaging instructor with a unique talent for visual storytelling. I took the class from halfway across the globe (EST timezone). Despite the time difference, his energy and ability to teach kept me engaged the whole duration. Very authentic and down to earth persona as well, 10/10 highly recommend.
Spending time with Stuart was a blast! His patience for us to process ideas by reflecting on events that happened in the past, was really helpful. It showed us sincere interest in our growth process. He provided a safe space for us to be vunarable, so that we are able to show our strenghts and challenges to identify to really find our root cause what thrives us. The course is a reflection of his energetic approach on the matter. The enabled me to be really engaged. Thank you Stu for being a great mentor, teacher, coach and human being!
Stuart is a super trainer. He ran a highly engaging and fun course, working hard to keep everyone involved and on track. I'd be more than happy to recommend him to anyone considering CSM training.
