This has been a very insightful session. Amit Sir walked us through empirical problem solving, the different scrum techniques , valuestream forking (needed for product strategizing), concepts of product life cycle management, how to handle chasm state in a product segment, SMART approach. Different MVP techniques , building a product roadmap, using SPIDR technique to split epics into measurable stories, and create release plan. He answered our queries really well, and helped us build the advanced level insights on the top of foundational concepts around CSPO topics. Had a great learning experience!
