Course

This CSM® course is different from others. It's taught by someone with expert training skills in addition to her Scrum knowledge. Lonnie was a corporate trainer, before her 25 years in technology, leadership, and Agile. She teaches the required learning objectives and extra topics to help you learn the Scrum framework and gain an understanding of team accountabilities, events, and artifacts. Most importantly you'll discuss the people side of agile so that you can guide your team when using Scrum.

Clear, direct and well organized

Generic 2 day course. Felt like basic vs deep dive or maybe a flae in my expectations. General overview was good but ddep dive examples should be covered. Real life learning with practical solution is needed for people with 10+years of industry experience vs yound professional who are just getting started and have not gone through enough experience to learn pitfalls of various frameworks.

Lonnie was fantastic! I hope I get the opportunity to take additional courses under her!
