The overall structure of the training was well designed, and the organizational aspects and framework around the sessions were very good. However, the content itself felt rather vague at times. Many topics were presented in a way that allowed for a lot of interpretation, which made it challenging to identify clear priorities or concrete takeaways. Some of the exercises were quite abstract, and as a result, I found it difficult to directly relate the topics to my day-to-day work and apply them to my specific business context

Der Kurs war informativ und praxisorientiert. Es wurde gezielt auf die Fragen der Kursteilnehmer eingegangen. Auch als Anfänger kam man gut zurecht. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

Good working practices through involvement of participants in breakout sessions. We spend too much time in scrum basics. Focus on teamwork and knowledge exchange would be more helpful in my opinion.

It was a very good course where I learned a lot, and we also had many practical examples. Urs seemed very competent to me due to his presentation style as well as his experiences from his professional career.
