I have taken a few classes from Arlen and Grow-Lean in the past and they continually help me grow my agile mindset as well as my toolset. Answering questions and providing real world application and coaching is truly what sets this apart from other classes and has helped me through my career.

Great content and excellent leadership by Arlen as always. Understanding team dynamics and facilitation skills for working with them was very helpful. I look forward to taking the CAL 2 class next.
