I had an absolutely wonderful time over two days talking about Agile, learning new outlooks and approaches, and getting to reflect on my own journey in a setting that allowed for others to synthesize as well. I also want to specifically shout Arlen out for being incredibly flexible with a not-ideal situation that I was in schedule-wise. Apart from being a tremendous instructor, I really appreciated the human behind the instruction.
