Joel Bancroft-Connors is amazing trainer! He did a fantastic job and held us accountable. You could really see how passionate he is about training and a subject as well. The materials were very well written, software he was using helped to be interactive and focused. It is a very busy clas (two full days) but he was able to get us all to the finish line on time and we walked away with the great knowledge. I cannot recommend Joel more than enough. Thank you!!!
