My second certification with Scrum Alliance and Rick Waters. I appreciate how he provides the content along with his ability to run everything in a timely manner.

This course was incredible. I learned so many things about scrum and product owner roles that I can use to improve my day-to-day interactions with the scrum team and stakeholders. All my questions were answered completely based on real-world experience Rick has with scrum teams and that is something I feel is unique to any other course.

This course did an excellent job of introducing students to the role of the product owner. It taught us how to define product strategy and goals, develop personas, write user stories, and plan an sprint. I have some experience as a product manager and thought that this course provided valuable insight into life as a product owner.
