I think Rick did an amazing job teaching this class. He provided real world examples and made it a very engaging experience. It was a very hands on class. He took the time to answer questions, explain the situations and prove us with valuable feedback. Would absolutely take another one of his classes if he comes back to teaching. Sad to hear this was his last class for now.

I completed the Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) course with Rick Waters through Scrum Alliance, and it exceeded my expectations. Scrum is a newer area for me, and while I haven’t yet formally served as a Product Owner, the course made everything practical and easy to apply.
