Joel's CSM course was very easy to digest with real-world analogies and practical applications as examples. I took the two-day course and although it was a lot of information to keep track of, Joel was great and keeping the pacing easy-to-follow and gave consistent updates and tracking. It was also refreshing to have an open space for questioning that he checked after every break to quickly answer any anonymous questions that were being asked about anything in the course. Using tools like Miro, having break-out team sessions, and having easy to understand visual aids really helped breakdown every topic. I would highly recommend Joel, not just based on his real-work experience, but also the course he created and his openness to feedback along the way.
