I really enjoyed the teaching style this instructor has. Its very engaging. Provides short lectures followed by group activities. You have no chance to drift off into space. Also frequent brief breaks and a lunch break. Knowing this meant that whatever would normally distract you, could wait, allowing you to focus entirely on the course. I would seek this instructor out again.

It was a great class! I learned so much about what I am doing right and what I need more work on. I've been a BA for over 12 years, and I have heard a lot of "ways to do things" but I was not always sure which was the best route. It is nice to get a class that can be for beginners and for seasoned professionals to go in-depth on the basics of product management, specifically for a Product Owner, and HOW you can provide the most value to your project/agency. I highly recommend this specific class and Joel as a teacher because he was easy to listen to, fun, kept us engaged and kept us thinking about everything he taught so that you really get a chance to take in the material. He had good examples too, not just best practices but useful scenarios so that you can apply it to life.

I will continue to seek classes with this instructor.
