This is a great course and excellent knowledge sharing. This is the second class we have taken Rich, and his presentation style and interaction is what makes this learning experience so good.

Instruction is provided in a well-organized manner with great delivery. Key points are emphasized, and the hands-on exercises further reinforce the information.

This was an excellent course. It was taught quite well even given the challenge of my boss unexpectedly making it in person for most of the folks. I would definitely recommend this course with the instructor. Richard is a very effective instructor.
