The class by Richard was great! It had a right mix of lecture style and activity style content.

Richard is a great trainer and facilitator. He presented and explained all concepts in a logical manner, answered questions, and encouraged class participation while keeping to the time schedule. I recommend his CSPO class for anyone thinking about obtaining a formal certification in product management. Money and time well spent and I’d love to take his other class offerings in the future.
