I truly enjoyed all aspects of this CSPO course! I was unsure what to expect, but this course was both informative and made it fun to learn and collaborate with others. There was a LOT of information shared in a short amount of time, but I like that we received the information from the course in a digital format upon completion (in addition to retaining the notes I took in the workbook that was provided to me beforehand). I happened to be having connectivity issues throughout the duration of the course (Murphy's Law at work!) but thankfully I was able to keep up with the discussions and look back to review the digital materials afterward as needed. As a new Product Owner, I delayed giving my review until I had obtained some real working experience in my new role because I wanted to ensure my review contained relevant opinions based on what I learned in the course and what I am seeing in my role. I definitely feel like things come up that bring me back to a discussion we had during the course, and I am happy to say that I have not come across a situation (yet) that contradicts anything that I learned in this course. In addition to the fundamental knowledge that is covered, I really appreciate the collaborative discussions that were held. I enjoyed hearing real-life experiences and thoughts from people who were both new to the processes and those who have been using them for years. It was a comfortable learning environment - the group size was large enough to have a diverse group by way of experience and opinions, but it was also small enough that I felt comfortable asking questions and participating in discussion, in addition to not having a bunch of people trying to speak over each other. I believe a lot of thought and preparation goes into this training, from format to class size and length of time spent on each topic - I enjoyed this course more than any other virtual training sessions I have taken so far, and I have taken a lot! The other thing that makes this course stand out in my mind was the instructor himself. Ben was professional but fun, an obvious SME that leaves you feeling confident that you aren't being
