OVERVIEW

Our Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) workshop is a fun and engaging two-day immersion into Scrum. We will learn Scrum by doing Scrum through experiential hands-on exercises, peer discussion, and self-learning. Your trainer will share practical experiences and proven techniques for successfully implementing Scrum in your workplace.

You will become eligible to take the test upon completion of the course at the end of Day 2, and you will be fully prepared to pass with flying colors. Students to attend our workshops have a better than 99% pass rate!

LIVE ONLINE – VIRTUAL

We have perfected our live-online virtual classes and include group exercises throughout using tools like Zoom breakout rooms and Mural (online collaboration canvas). Our students balance learnings from our instructors and from each other, as well as the use of a physical workbook (which is mailed to each US-based participant).

The Scrum Master Training was engaging, informative, and even dare I say - fun ;) It was a great overview of both Agile and Scrum and had nice information about roles, scrum events, etc. I appreciated that there were many activities that we could apply our learnings in small groups and discuss real challenges we were having. I'd love to learn more than what you can cram in a two-day training, but was very impressed with the pace and content that we were able to cover!
