I took the CSPO class taught by Joel Bancroft-Connors from ThinkLouder. Joel is an outstanding instructor. He explained all the material very clearly, had lots of helpful slides and thorough examples, a fantastic Miro board to work from, and several interesting group activities. He was also great about asking if we had questions and taking time to give thoughtful and helpful answers. He has a fun sense of humor and is easy to talk to. I highly recommend Joel !!!

Coming from IT/Business Analyst background, this course helped me understand a lot about the role of a product owner in Agile context. Joel's teaching was easy to follow and had good hands-on exercises that helped to think in a PO perspective.

I had obtained a CSPO a few years ago through Hyper Drive and due to changes in job I didn't take the time to continue tracking EU's. I have come back into this environment and opted t o go through the certification program again. I cannot say enough how much more prepared I believe I am to be a product owner going through Joe Bancroft-Conners CSPO course. I have a much deeper understanding of my roles and responsibilities and how to proceed within a scrum environment and look forward to active application of what I learned.
