I was very impressed with this course. I think the depth and breadth were appropriate as well as the topics covered. The material was well prepared for us to actually build upon and make use of with relatable real like examples. I really appreciated the breakout sessions as there was not one person in the course had the same background nor exact same skillset and we all do slightly different things in our roles. I was pleased that we used both Mural and Miro so we got first hand experience with interactive collaboration and then built on that with Miro to incorporate AI. I think David made a significant impression on the students as to how critical it is to embrace and find new ways to use AI to accomplish our tasks more effectively and efficiently. I am not 'afraid' AI will take my job, but I know that AI will be more and more necessary for me to make use of to get things done. He had great work related examples on how I can use AI as a product owner to be successful. I would recommend this to anyone that is wanting to gain new skills and techniques in being a Product Owner. I have been doing it for close to 10 years and I wanted the certification but I was surprised at how much I had to gain by learning new ways to do the same thing, but do them in a far more organized well thought out manner. I sincerely hope I am able to attend the advanced course. You will not regret this investment and having a super personable trainer who uses these tools and techniques daily is a bonus you rarely find. He walks the walk, not just talks it. Thank you David Bulkin for two days of learning that I have already been able to make use of. If you want to keep up and move ahead, please consider this course.

Completed the CSPO course with David Bulkin and expectations were exceeded. The class struck a great balance between practical application and core Agile principles. Instead of just covering theory, David consistently grounded concepts in real-world scenarios especially around stakeholder alignment, backlog refinement, and delivering customer value. What stood out most was how engaging and interactive the sessions were.
