This is my second certification from world of agile. I believe I have made the right choice by selecting world of agile. Our trainer Snehamayee is a very knowledgeable and helped us in understanding CSM program very easily. She taught us through her real life experience and examples. Also she explained us what do if we encounter similar such or different scenario. She answered all our queries with patience and made sure class was interactive. I highly recommend everyone to subscribe for this CSM program. Hint - also expect a surprise if you join the program only from world of agile.

Everything provided by Snehamayee in this course from material to course content was excellent. I recomend this course to everyone who is looking for CSM.

It was very interactive session and everything has been taught from scratch. Hope snehamayee can use more fun interactive ways to teach as the sessions are long 5 hr and honesty people get distracted for some time and cannot stay focused for whole 5 hrs. It's not a complain but a small suggestion. Overall the session was good, understandable and knowledgeable.

I truly appreciate Snehamayee’s teaching style, especially the way she created notes dynamically during the sessions and encouraged active participation. The pop quizzes at the end of each topic were very helpful in reinforcing what we learned. I also valued her practical insights into real-world professional challenges and her clear explanation of different roles and their accountabilities, particularly the role and services of a Scrum Master. I really appreciate her educating us on how to practically track progress and read reports in the Jira tool. Her guidance on career growth and the next steps was both practical and motivating. Her knowledge, clarity, and dedication clearly show her strong commitment and passion for her own growth as well as her students’ development. After completing this course, I feel empowered and much more confident about taking on the role of a Scrum Master.
